Samsung Galaxy A06 gets SIRIM certification launching soon in budget

Samsung’s new budget smartphone may be launched in the market soon. Samsung is preparing to launch Galaxy A06 soon. This phone has received certification from Malaysian Standards and Industrial Research Institute (SIRIM). This Samsung phone has also been seen on FCC and BIS databases. This means that very soon the phone will be launched globally. However, the current certification has not revealed much about the features of the phone. The information available about this is based on the earlier certifications only.

The FCC certification revealed the model number of the phone, which is SM-A065F/DS. Other features include dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth connectivity. It will support 4G LTE network, meaning it will not be a 5G smartphone.

Samsung Galaxy A06 has also been spotted on Geekbench. MediaTek’s Helio G85 processor can be given in the phone. Usually this processor is installed in budget smartphones. If reports are to be believed, the Galaxy A06 is expected to have 4 GB RAM and will run on Android 14 OS out of the box.

Talking about other news, Samsung’s new foldable smartphones have received a strong response in India. Within 24 hours of the start of pre-orders for the company’s Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Galaxy Z Flip 6, a large number of customers have placed orders for them. This number is 40 percent more than Samsung’s previous foldable smartphone series.

Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Z Flip 6 were launched on July 10. With this, pre-orders for these smartphones had started in the country. Along with these smartphones, the sale of Galaxy Watch Ultra, Galaxy Watch 7, Galaxy Buds 3 and Galaxy Buds 3 Pro will start from July 24. Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 is provided as processor in Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Z Flip 6. These smartphones also have features related to Artificial Intelligence (AI).
