Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra to Get 200MP Camera 5000mAh Battery Specifications Revealed

The leak also reveals that the battery and charging capacity will remain the same. The battery capacity of the S25 Ultra is rumored to be a minimum of 4855mAh or as usual 5000mAh, with a charging speed of 45W.
Several reports have revealed that smartphones with Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 will prioritize increasing battery capacity due to its high power consumption. As such, the upcoming OPPO Find X7 Ultra is expected to have a 6,000mAh battery. However, it seems that Samsung has no plans for a similar upgrade at this time. It is expected that Galaxy S25 Ultra will come with stable One UI 7 interface based on Android 15. Apart from this, a leak last month had revealed that the S25 Ultra will be slimmer than its previous model S24 Ultra.
However, this difference in size is very small. The report reveals that Samsung is not reducing camera capabilities for the sake of slimness. The recent leak of Digital Chat Station largely confirms this. S25 Ultra may get a more curved design which will be like S23 Ultra and S22 Ultra.
