Samsung preparaing to launch galaxy z fold 7, may get 200 megapixel primary camera

Galaxy Z Fold 7 of South Korea smartphone maker Samsung can be launched in the next few months. Some leaks have been reported about this book-style foldable smartphone. It will replace the Galaxy Z Fold 6 introduced last year. This smartphone may have an under-display camera on these screens.

The Galaxy S25 Ultra of the company introduced in select markets last year has been given a similar camera. The 200 -megapixel primary camera in the Galaxy Z Fold 7 will be a larger upgrade compared to the previous version of this smartphone. Other cameras of this smartphone may be similar to the previous version. The Galaxy Z fold 6 had a 50-megapixel primary camera, a 12-megapixel ultra-wide camera and a 10-megapixel telephoto camera.

In the Galaxy Z Fold 7 of Samesag, the under-display camera can be embedded on the inner screen. This smartphone can be given a 10 -megapixel selfie camera as the previous version. Galaxy Z Flip 7 can also be brought with Galaxy Z Fold 7. Recently, tipster pandaflash (@Pandaflashpro) stated that Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy chipset can be given in Galaxy Z Fold 7. However, the Galaxy Z Flip 7 may have upcoming Exynos 2500 chipset.

This tipster says that all prototypes of Galaxy Z Fold 7 are running on Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. Both these smartphones can get 256 GB and 512 GB of storage options with 12 GB of RAM. The same tipster had told that the price of Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Galaxy Z Flip 7 can be the same as the existing Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Galaxy Z Flip 6. Samsung has used Snapdragon chipsets from the beginning in its foldable smartphones. This can be the company’s first foldable smartphone with Exynos 2500 chipset. Sales of foldable smartphones have increased over the years. Samsung has the highest stake in this segment.
