Sea Shows Astonishing Surprise World Deepest Ever Fish Caught On Camera

According to NBC News, this fish Has been identified as Pseudoliparis, a type of snailfish. It looks like a big tadpole. The discovery is significant because the ship was operating at a pressure of 80 megapascals, which is about 800 times the pressure at sea surface. The fish was discovered in the Izu Ogasawara Trench in southern Japan during a two-month visit by a joint scientific mission between Australia and Japan. The mission was part of a decade-long study of deep sea fish populations. This study is being conducted by the University of Western Australia and Tokyo University of Science and Technology.
Alan Jamieson, Director of the Minderoo-UWA Deep Sea Research Centre, said: “We have spent more than 15 years researching snailfish in the deep sea. The fact that they exist at this depth is truly astonishing.” Earlier, the deepest water fish was found in the Mariana Trench at 8,178 meters. There are over 300 species of snailfish. Most of these are found in shallow waters of rivers.
Last year, a satellite image of the American space agency Nasa showed all three lakes together. One of these lakes appears green in color, one appears dark blue in color and one lake appears yellow in color. It seems as if someone has mixed color in their water. These lakes are Great Rift Valley Lake Shala, Lake Abijatta and Lake Langano of Ethiopia. Among these, the water of Shala Lake appears dark blue. The water color of Abijatta Lake is green, while Lake Langano can be seen with yellow colored water.
