Messaging platform Snapchat introduces ‘AR Squirt’ lens Snapchat has added this to its app. The company says that it has been developed by a third party developer Ronin Labs. With the help of ‘AR Pichkari’, Snapchat users can play virtual Holi with their friends and loved ones.

To use ‘AR Pichkari’, you have to go to the Snapchat app. If it is installed on your phone, then the app will have to be updated. After opening the app, the ‘AR Pichkari’ lens can be accessed by tapping on the camera option visible in the middle of the screen. According to Snapchat, if you do not find the lens, you can search for it by name in the search.

After this, users will have to point the phone’s camera towards a face. As soon as you do this, the app will identify your friend in the viewfinder with the help of AR and start applying virtual color on him. After a while, ‘Holi Hai’ will also appear written on the screen.

To make the experience real, Snapchat has added a feature in the AR lens, which shows colors coming out like a pichkari when the phone is shaken. The left side of the app also shows how much color the user has left.
