When and how to see solar eclipse
Today the first solar eclipse of the year is going to be found. This will be a partial solar eclipse. Solar eclipse occurs when the Moon is passing through our earth and the sun. In such a situation, the moon comes in the middle and its shadow falls on the sun. Partial solar eclipse occurs when the shadow of the moon falls on a small part of the sun. In contrast, the full solar eclipse appears when the entire shadow of the moon falls on the sun.

Solar eclipse 2025 will not appear in India. Therefore, the sutak of solar eclipse will not apply here. In such a situation, there is no need to follow any rules of solar eclipse here. Sun eclipses will appear in Europe, Africa, Greenland, Iceland, and many parts of Canada. Partial eclipse can also be seen in New York City, Boston, Montreal and Cubek, Siberia, Caribbean.

The solar eclipse will begin at 2.20pm at the Indian time. It will run till evening and will last up to 6.13pm. However, the eclipse will not be seen here. Scientists recommend to see the solar eclipse that it should not be seen with naked eyes. For this, a safe equipment must be worn on the eyes. To see the eclipse, it is advisable to use only solar viewers that comply with the International Security Standards ISO 12312-2.
