Sony Xperia 5 VI Cases Listed on German Retailer Site Know Design to Other Details

Sony launched Sony Xperia 5 V in September last year with Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC and 5,000mAh battery. Sony is now preparing to introduce Sony Xperia 5 VI. However, the company has not yet confirmed its arrival. But an alleged case for the Sony Xperia 5 VI has been spotted on a German retailer website, suggesting an early launch. The protective case cases suggest a similar design language to the Sony Xperia 5 V.

German retailer Alza.de has launched the Spigen Rugged Armor Case for the Sony Xperia 5 VI. listed Which is priced at EUR 16.90 (approximately Rs 1,536). The listing shows the device’s case with slight differences compared to last year’s Sony Xperia 5 V. It seems to have a pill shaped camera module. The LED flash is placed between both the cameras.

A headphone jack is seen at the top of the render of the alleged Sony Xperia 5 VI. There appears to be a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and a volume rocker on the right side. The display size and aspect ratio seems to be the same as the previous model. Sony hasn’t hinted at an Xperia 5 VI yet, but it’s expected to be unveiled soon.

Sony Xperia 5 V has a 6.1 inch full HD + OLED display, whose refresh rate is 120Hz and touch sampling rate is 240Hz. This smartphone has an octa core Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor and Adreno 740 GPU. It has 8GB LPDDR5X RAM and 256GB UFS 4.0 inbuilt storage. This smartphone works on Android 13. This smartphone has a 5,000mAh battery which supports 30W wired fast charging.

Talking about camera setup, Sony Xperia 5 V has a 52 megapixel primary camera and a 12 megapixel ultra wide angle camera in the rear. A 12 megapixel selfie camera is provided in its front. This smartphone has IP68 rating which provides protection from dust and water. Sony Xperia 5 V was launched in September last year. The 8GB RAM + 256GB storage variant of the smartphone is priced at EUR 999 (approximately Rs 89,700).
