Suzuki Starts Manufacturing of Flying Cars with Help from SkyDrive

Suzuki Motor aims to achieve carbon neutrality by 2030 and this project is a part of it. The company plans to manufacture about 100 units of it every year. This flying car with autonomous features has a range of 15 minutes and during this time it can travel about 15 kilometers. Its capacity will be two passengers. It flies with the help of 12 units of motors and rotors. Its top cruising speed is around 100 kmph. Suzuki Motor also plans to develop a larger and more feature-rich flying car by 2031, which will have a capacity of three passengers and will be able to travel about 40 kilometers.
Suzuki Motor can also bring flying car in India. Recently it had signed a deal with software company Cyient to jointly develop its flying vehicle. Suzuki Motor plans to manufacture Electric Vehicles (EV) in the country. The company can export EVs made in the country to Japan and Europe under its own brand. Suzuki Motor also plans to supply EVs to Toyota, another Japanese automobile company, for sale in Asia.
