Migoya said that his employees come to work on their own in the office. He said that he understands the importance of office very well. For them, the office is a center of engagement. A place to collaborate, not just a place to work. “What we’ve seen is that people are coming to the office, they’re congregating together, they’re using the office in a different way, and we’re also reimagining our offices,” Martin said. Migoya’s team has redesigned the offices after the Corona epidemic. More round tables have been installed in place of individual desks so that more people can sit, and more space can be created for the lounge.
