These low cost smartphones have two rear cameras
Starting with Honor 6X and Coolpad Cool 1 Dual and Lenovo Phab 2 Plus handsets. Recently Lenovo K8 Note was launched with this feature. At the same time, Micromax made this race even more fun by launching Micromax Evok Dual Note for just Rs 9,999. For the convenience of our readers, we have prepared a list of such affordable handsets that come with dual rear cameras. The interesting thing is that Gadgets 360 has also reviewed many of these smartphones.
lenovo k8 note
Lenovo K8 Note price starts at Rs 12,999. A variant with 3 GB RAM will be available at this price. Its price with 4 GB RAM is Rs 13,999 which we have reviewed. Lenovo has given a 13-megapixel primary camera on the rear. There is a 5 megapixel depth sensor with it, for Bokeh effect. During the review, we found the camera app of Lenovo K8 Note to be very simple. You won’t get many customization options. Users can choose between normal mode or depth enabled mode. Photos taken in normal mode came with details. These photos had natural colors with less noise. The camera quickly locks focus on the subject. Landscape and macro shots also turned out well. In our opinion, the photos taken outdoors with its camera had more detail compared to other smartphones in this category.
Lenovo K8 Plus
Lenovo’s K8 series: This time two smartphones with two rear cameras were introduced. Apart from Lenovo K8 Note, Lenovo K8 Plus also comes with this feature. You will get Lenovo K8 Plus for Rs 10,999. The rear part of the handset will have two sensors of 13 megapixels and 5 megapixels. When switching to depth mode, the second sensor is used to calculate the distance between the subject and the background. The aperture can also be adjusted in real time. The phone is made of metal body and has dual cameras and fingerprint sensors on its rear. To take better selfies, the smartphone has an 8-megapixel front camera with aperture F/2.0, 84-degree wide angle lens and a ‘party’ flash. Is also.
honor 6x
Honor 6X is a reliable smartphone in this price range. The metal body feels good in the hands. The phone looks good too. The Kirin 655 chipset isn’t as fast as the Redmi Note 4’s Snapdragon 625, but it handles most games and apps with ease.
The most important feature of Honor 6X is the dual camera setup. The second sensor captures depth information. By the way, during the review we felt that the dual camera setup is just a show. We were expecting better performance in low light. The battery is so powerful that it will last for a day.
coolpad cool 1 dual
Cool 1 Dual has two 13-megapixel rear cameras. One of these is a color sensor and the other is used for monochrome data. When used together, you can expect better image quality and photos with less noise in low light. But during use, this pair of cameras did not give the expected results every time. Noise is visible in low-light photos and detailing is generally very low. Colors improved when night mode was switched on, but not by much. In daylight, we sometimes complained of over-exposure in landscape and close-up shots. Colors were good, but subjects were not sharp.
Lenovo Phab 2 Plus
Lenovo launched the Phab 2 Plus smartphone in November last year. The biggest feature of this phone is the dual rear camera setup given in this phone.
Lenovo Phab 2 Plus (Review) has a 13-megapixel camera sensor that comes with laser auto focus and phase detection auto focus. The secondary camera is used for depth but we did not feel that it made any difference to the quality of the photos. We tried to take clean and clear pictures with the help of both the lenses but we did not see any difference. We would recommend you to use HDR mode for landscape photos in daylight. And without it the photos look quite dull. Photos from Phab 2 Plus provide good detailing in distant objects but macro shots were much better.
coolpad cool play 6
Coolpad had launched its dual rear camera smartphone Cool Play 6 in India on Sunday itself. The price of Coolpad Cool Play 6 is Rs 14,999. Its price is higher than other phones but you get 6 GB RAM with dual rear cameras. Coolpad Cool Play 6 has two 13-megapixel sensors on the rear, which come with aperture F/2.0, dual-tone, dual-LED flash. And supports HDR and 4K video. The front of the phone has an 8-megapixel sensor with aperture F/2.2.
Micromax Evok Dual Note
Micromax launched the Evok Dual Note smartphone only last week. The important feature of this handset is two rear cameras equipped with Sony sensors. Micromax Evok Dual Note price in India will start from Rs 9,999. It has two RAM variants – 3 GB and 4 GB RAM. Dual rear camera setup comes with 13 megapixel and 5 megapixel sensor. One of these is the Sony IMX258 sensor. Dual tone LED flash is also available with it. Micromax Evok Dual Note has a 5 megapixel front camera. It is equipped with soft selfie flash, 78.4 wide angle lens and F/2.0 aperture.
lg x cam
LG X Cam is also available for less than Rs 15,000. It has a 5.2-inch full-HD in-cell display, 1.14 GHz octa-core processor, 2 GB RAM and 16 GB inbuilt storage. The handset has two rear cameras of 13 megapixels and 5 megapixels. The sensor of its front camera is 8 megapixels. Keep in mind that we have not reviewed this smartphone, so we cannot tell anything about the performance of this phone.
