This ‘affordable’ laptop from Acer is equipped with a battery life of up to 14 hours.
Through Acer Chromebook 14, the company has tried to do something different from other Chromebooks present in the market. Acer Chromebook 14 has a 14-inch full-HD display. There are two screen resolution options for the user. One is full-HD (1920×1080 pixels) and the other is HD (1366×768 pixels). The screens will be housed inside a metal chassis. Acer says that Chromebooks with 1080 pixel resolution displays can have a battery life of up to 12 hours after a full charge and those with HD resolution have a battery life of 14 hours.
There are two options in processor also. Acer has given the option to choose between a quad-core Intel Celeron processor and a dual-core 1.6 GHz Intel Celeron N3060 processor. Other features include 2GB or 4GB RAM, 16 or 32GB storage, and dual-band 802.11ac Wi-Fi, two USB 3.1 Type A-ports, HDMI, and an HD webcam. Acer Chromebook 14 comes with Chrome OS.
Acer has not disclosed the availability of the Chromebook. But it is definitely told that for the ‘Premier’ model equipped with 32 GB storage, 4 GB RAM, full-HD display and dual core processor, customers will have to spend 300 dollars.
