Quick Charge 3.0 charges 27 percent faster than the previous generation, while the company says it is 45 percent faster. Companion Device
South Korean company LG also announced several companion devices of the LG G5 smartphone. These include LG 360 Cam, LG 360 VR, LG Rolling Bot and LG Smart Controller.

LG 360 Cam: Also launched LG 360 Cam. With this 13 megapixel camera, pictures can be taken at 360 degrees with a wide angle of 200 degrees. This module has a 1200 mAh battery and four GB of inbuilt storage, which can be expanded via microSD card. Photos taken with the LG 360 Cam can also be uploaded directly to Google Street View and YouTube360. The Cam Plus can be attached to the G5 via the battery slot, giving the phone a comfortable grip and DSLR-like controls. According to the company, with the help of LG Cam Plus, physical buttons for autofocus, exposure lock and power, shutter and other photography features can be found. The phone also gets a 1200 mAh battery from this module.

It can be attached to the smartphone through a cable. Hi-Fi Plus with B&O Play module further enhances the audio experience on the LG5. B&O’s Hi-Fi Plus:LG also announced the B&O Play H3 at the pre-MWC event. This is a high-end earphone which provides 32-bit high-quality sound in LG Hi-Fi Plus and B&O Play. It can be attached to every LG smartphone.

LG Rolling Bot: Meanwhile, the company also launched LG Rolling Bot, which rotates like a ball and records photos and videos with its 8-megapixel camera.

LG Smart Controller: Drones and other smart devices can be controlled with the help of LG’s smart controller. The company says that with the help of this controller, LG G5 can be used for streaming videos shot from drones.
