US Private Moon Mission: The success of India’s Chandrayaan-3 mission has inspired other countries and space agencies of the world to send missions to the Moon. The special thing is that till now no private company has been able to land a mission on the moon. First Israel tried, then Japan failed. Recently an American company also failed. Now once again an America based company is moving towards the moon. Intuitive Machines’ lunar lander Odysseus was launched recently with the help of SpaceX’s Falcon 9 rocket.

The name of this mission is IM-1, under which a spacecraft named Nova-C has set out to land on the moon. Its picture has surfaced, in which the spacecraft and the Earth can be seen in its background. According to the information, this picture was taken when the satellite had just separated from the second stage of the Falcon-9 rocket.

This picture is being liked a lot on social media platform X. So far, more than 48 lakh views have been received and more than 8 thousand likes have been given to the post. One user wrote, selfies taken by robots in space are the best. Another user wrote, ‘Brilliant, well done @Int_Machines, it’s great to see and experience the journey in reality.

According to Foxnews report, this mission will try to land on 22 February. If it is successful, Intuitive Machines will become the world’s first private company, whose mission will have landed on the moon. What is also special is that the lander will try to land on the south pole of the Moon. Scientists hope that evidence of water may be found there.
