The first feature makes it much easier to zoom using the in-app camera on WhatsApp. The second feature allows users to quickly create new stickers from their camera roll or use Meta AI to create stickers through a new shortcut. WhatsApp currently lets users pinch in and out on the viewfinder using the in-app camera, or swipe up while pressing the capture button. Both of these options aren’t as simple as using the zoom button, which is expected to be available to all users in the future.

Other features recently spotted testing on WhatsApp’s beta version include a new ‘Recently Online’ list. As the name suggests, it lists contacts who were active on the app some time ago.
