This feature can also be useful for video calls from your contact, if you are ever in a condition where you cannot turn on your camera. To completely protect all of this, you can turn on this feature on WhatsApp which shuts down the call from the unknown numbers. It will still be seen in your call list, but if this feature is on then you do not need to deal with voice or video calls from unknown numbers.
