Currently, this shortcut is under development for WhatsApp Web. A few days later, the news of testing the integration of Facebook Messenger Rooms on the beta version of WhatsApp Android app was revealed.

Apart from this, it was also said in the report that you will also get the option to create a video chat room by going to the main menu. However, the date when this new feature will be added to WhatsApp has not been announced yet.

As we mentioned earlier, Messenger Rooms allows users to make video calls and allow people to join private chat rooms through a link. Those who do not have a Facebook account can also join this messenger room. Facebook is planning to give a tough competition to video calling apps like Zoom with the launch of this feature.
