Jio Rs. 222 plan vs Jio Rs. 198 planning
First of all, let’s talk about Jio’s recently launched all-in-one plan of Rs 222. With this plan, users will be given 2 GB data per day, unlimited Jio-to-Jio and landline voice calling and 100 SMS and 1000 non-Jio minutes per day. Please note that the validity of this plan is 28 days.
The Rs 199 Jio Prepaid Plan offers 2GB data per day along with unlimited Jio-to-Jio and landline calling benefits along with 100 SMS per day for 28 days. In this plan, minutes will not be available for calls to non-Jio numbers. This means you will have to purchase a separate Interconnect Usage Charge (IUC) top-up voucher.

On the other hand, the existing Rs 398 Jio prepaid plan comes with 2GB data per day, unlimited Jio-to-Jio and landline calling benefits along with 100 SMS per day for 70 days. Like the Rs 198 plan, this Rs 398 plan will also not provide minutes for non-Jio voice calling.

Jio’s current Rs 448 plan offers 2 GB data per day, unlimited Jio-to-Jio and landline voice calling and only 100 SMS per day, the validity of this plan is also 84 days. But like the Rs 198 and Rs 398 plans, you will not get non-Jio voice calling minutes with this Jio Prepaid Plan.

These two Jio plans are not direct competitors but both come with similar benefits. The Rs 555 Jio prepaid plan comes with 3000 non-Jio minutes, 2GB data per day, unlimited Jio-to-Jio and landline voice calling, 100 SMS per day. Jio users will get 84 days validity with this plan.
With the Jio prepaid plan of Rs 498, you get 2 GB data per day, unlimited Jio-to-Jio and landline voice calling and 100 SMS per day, but you will not get minutes for calls on any other network from Jio.
