Xiaomi launches two 27-inch monitors, know the price and features

Smartphone maker Xiaomi has launched two monitors in China. These are – Xiaomi Monitor 27 inch 4K and Redmi Monitor 27 inch Pro. Of these, Xiaomi Monitor 27 inch comes with a 4K, Pantone certified display. It has a dedicated button to switch between professional modes. The monitor has an LCD panel, which gives a peak brightness of 400 nits. At the same time, Redmi Monitor Pro is a more affordable model, which offers a display with 2K resolution. It comes with features like TUV Rheinland eye protection, DC dimming and 100 percent sRGB color gamut. Both the monitors offer a 27-inch display.

Xiaomi Monitor 27 inch 4K price In China, it is priced at CNY 3,499 (approximately Rs 41,200). For a limited time, it can be pre-ordered for CNY 2,999 (approximately Rs 35,300). The company is offering a three-year warranty with this model.

Redmi Monitor 27 inch Pro key price In China, it is priced at CNY 1,599 (approximately Rs 18,800). For a limited time, it will be offered for pre-order at CNY 1,399 (approximately Rs 16,500). This model has also been brought with a three-year warranty. There is no information yet about when Xiaomi Monitor 27 inch 4K and Redmi Monitor Pro will be launched in India and other markets.

Specifications of Xiaomi Monitor 27 inch 4K

The Xiaomi monitor features a 27-inch 4K (3840×2160 pixels) IPS LCD display with 1.07 billion colours and a peak brightness of 400 nits. The display is Pantone certified and claims to deliver brilliant colours. The display comes with DCI-P3 colour gamut and 100 per cent sRGB. It has received TUV Rheinland certification for blue light protection.

This monitor has a dedicated button to switch between various professional modes like CAD design, CG design. Talking about connectivity options, the monitor has 2 HDMI 2.1 slots, one DisplayPort 1.4, one USB Type-C port, two USB Type-A ports and one 3.5 mm audio jack. The USB Type-C port also works as a 90W power output.

There are holes in its stand for cable management. Vents have been installed to remove heat and magnetic covers have been provided to hide the ports.

It has a 27-inch 2K (2560×1440 pixels) IPS LCD display with 167 million colours and a peak brightness of 300 nits. The display supports DC Dimming and offers TUV Rheinland eye protection, 100 percent sRGB colour gamut. For connectivity, it has an HDMI 1.4 port, DisplayPort 1.2 and a 3.5 mm audio jack. This model also has a magnetic cover and a hole in the stand for cable management.
