The company claims that the new washing machine is capable of removing bacteria and mites from clothes and can clean the clothes perfectly due to intelligent features. Xiaomi Mijia 8KG Drum Washing Machine has been launched in China for 999 Yuan (about Rs 11,500). Gizmochina’s Accordingit is currently available for purchase through the JD.com retailer. The company currently does not sell home appliances in India, so the chances of its launch in the country are slim to none.

The design of Xiaomi MIJIA 8kg drum washing machine is quite sleek. The company says that the body of this ultra-thin machine is only 495 mm thick, due to which it takes up less space. It has a touch screen and also has a physical knob to operate some functions.

The machine comes equipped with a BLDC motor, which reduces wear and tear and reduces noise. This device senses the weight of the clothes kept in the drum and selects the water filling and washing mode accordingly.

MIJIA 8kg Drum Washing Machine, as per the company’s claim, has a 95ºC high temperature limit and can clean bacteria from dirty clothes with a sterilization rate of 99.99%. Washing machines at 60ºC can also kill mites from clothes. One of its specialties is that clothes can be added to it even while the machine is running.
