Xiaomi’s latest foldable smartphone Xiaomi Mix Fold 4 has been launched in its home market China. The new Xiaomi phone has Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor. There are four cameras in its back, which have Laika branding and Samalax lenses. Xiaomi Mix Fold 4 supports two-way satellite communications. It has got IPX8 rating, which shows better build quality. The phone has a 5,100mAh battery, which supports 67W wired charging and 50W wireless charging. This phone is the successor of Xiaomi Mix Fold 3 and will compete with Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Honor Magic V3.

Xiaomi Mix Fold 4 price

Xiaomi Mix Fold 4 is priced at 8,999 Yuan (approximately Rs. 1,03,000) for the 12GB+256GB model. Its 16GB + 512GB model is priced at 9,999 Yuan (approximately Rs. 1,15,000). The company has also brought a 16GB+1TB variant, which is priced at 10,999 Yuan (approximately Rs. 1,26,000). The phone can be purchased in Black, Genton Blue Dragon Fiber and White colors.

Xiaomi Mix Fold 4 is available only in China. Hopefully it will arrive in other global markets as well.

Xiaomi Mix Fold 4 specifications

Xiaomi Mix Fold 4 with dual SIM slot runs on the latest Android 14, on which there is a layer of HyperOS. The phone has a 7.98-inch primary 2K (2,224×2,488 pixels) AMOLED display with a peak brightness of 3000 nits. The refresh rate of the display is 120 Hz along with features of Dolby Vision and HDR10+.

Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor has been installed in Xiaomi Mix Fold 4. Up to 16 GB LPDDR5X RAM is provided with it. The phone also has a VC liquid cooling system, which will protect the phone from overheating.

As we mentioned, Xiaomi Mix Fold 4 has cameras branded with Laika. Also fitted with Summilux lenses. The main camera is 50 megapixels, which is with OIS support.
