Young adults do not want to answer phone calls rely more on text says Survey

There were 1.3 trillion online messages and 36 billion text messages exchanged from 2012 to 2022.
Why do people not want to receive phone calls? Most of the respondents in the survey linked this to the pressure felt on calls. More than half of the people believed that phone calls bring negative news.
